Ingredients 1x2x3x1/2 cup Oil1/2 lb Shrimp cleaned & deveined1 tbsp Cumin seeds1 tbsp Ginger & garlic choppedOnion choppedTomato pureed1/2 cup Yogurt whisked and at room temperatureSalt to taste1 tbsp coriander powder1/2 tsp Red chili powder1/2 tsp Crushed red chili1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Paprika powderGreen chiliesCilantro Instructions Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds for a minute. Add ginger garlic paste and cook until fragrant.Stir in onions and cook until translucent. Add the tomato puree and mix well.Next add all the spices and cook (bhunofy) until the oil separates from the masala. Lower the heat and add whisked yogurt, stirring continuously.
