What is Chicken Ginger?

Let me clarify this: Adding julienned ginger to your Chicken Karahi doesn’t transform it into Chicken Ginger. Chicken Ginger stands out for its bold ginger flavor, enhanced with a generous dash of pepper, and a luscious gravy that boasts a richer and more assertive profile compared to the cleaner taste of Karahi Chicken or the onion-infused Chicken Masala.

What type of chicken works best for Chicken Ginger?

I prefer boneless chicken, but you can use bone-in chicken if you prefer. Thigh meat tends to stay juicier, while breast meat can dry out, although this can be managed.

Can I substitute fresh ginger with ginger paste?

Unfortunately, no. It won’t have the same vibrant flavor. I suggest using fresh ginger for this recipe.
