Grilled Chicken Boti

Try this juicy flavorful tender grilled chicken. Use spices according to your taste. For smokey flavor use hot charcoal and enjoy

Ingredients:

Chicken Marination:

– Chicken cut into slices 1.5 – 2 lbs

– Papaya paste 1 Tbsp

– Soy sauce 1 Tbsp

– Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp

– Dry roasted & crushed coriander (dhaniya) powder 1 Tsp

– Dry roasted & crushed cumin (zeera) 1 Tsp

– Red chili crushed 1 Tsp or to taste

– Black pepper 1 Tsp

– Salt to taste

– Lemon juice 1 Tbsp

Veggies:

– Sliced onion ½ cup

– Sliced bell pepper (your choice) ½ cup

– Corn ½ cup

– Salt to taste

– Black pepper ½ Tsp

– Cumin seeds (zeera) ½ Tsp

Instructions:

Marinate the chicken for an hour atleast with all the above ingredients. Heat up a grill or any pan, fry both sides for 4-5 mins. Stir fry the veggies, add salt, black pepper and zeera.
Spread the sautéed veggies, then add grilled chicken.. serve with naan and chutney and
