Gulab Jamuns are deep-fried milk-based balls, soaked in sugar syrup. Perfect for parties, get together, and teatime snacks. Try this recipe and enjoy it.

Ingredients:

For Dough

  • Milk powder (sookha doodh) 1 Cup
  • All-purpose flour (maida) 1 Tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 Tsp
  • Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Egg (Anda) 1 (beaten)

For Syrup

  • Water (pani) 2 Cups
  • Sugar (chini) 1 ¼ Cups
  • Lemon juice (limoon ka rus) few drops
  • Green cardamoms (sabz ilaichi) 3-4
