Chili Garlic Paratha

Chilli Garlic Paratha, Liquid DOUGH NO kneading & NO rolling

A very quick and simple recipe for paratha. Use spices according to your taste. Try it and I'll wait for your feedback

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisker or Use spoon
  • Measring cup
  • A pan
  • Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp Red chili flakes
  • Cilantro
  • 1/4 Cup Onion chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Butter melted
  • 1 cup 3 Tbsp Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients and spices in a bowl.
  • Add water gradually. The consistency should be not too runny or too thick.
  • Heat the pan (medium HOT) and add butter/oil.
  • Pour the mixture using a spoon.
  • Make spirals using a spoon (as shown in the video) to give it a paratha look.
  • Cook both sides, use butter/oil to make it crispy. And ENJOY!
