Ingredients
- 1 Boil the instant noodles in just enough water so they retain their springiness. Drain and set aside.pack Instant Noodles
- 1/4 cup Spring onion or as required
- 1 cup Boiled and shredded chicken
- 4 Eggs
- Any other preferred seasoning
Instructions
- Boil the instant noodles in just enough water so they retain their springiness. Drain and set aside.
- Stir-fry the boneless chicken with salt and any other preferred seasoning. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs. Add chopped spring onions and the seasoning from the instant noodles packet.
- Mix in the cooked chicken and boiled noodles into the egg mixture.
- Heat a little oil in a saucepan or on a tawa (flat pan).
- Pour a portion of the mixture onto the pan, shaping it into ovals or rectangles with rounded corners.
- Fry until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
