Chicken Nuggets
Chicken Nuggets any time of the day? What do you think?
In my home, it is everyone’s favorite. It is a popular American snack (or Main course), eaten by every age group in the world. They are surprisingly easy to make. In fact, they may end up being one of your new favorite dinner recipes. Homemade Chicken Nuggets are much easier to make than you think and are better for you than your traditional fast food as they are more healthy and flavorful.
Fry them or bake, your choice!
Why homemade Chicken Nuggets?
Tastier and healthier chicken nuggets better than the frozen and fast-food versions.
The nice and fun thing about making homemade Chicken Nuggets instead of getting some from your favorite fast food chain or frozen is that you can control what goes into them. You can also make them even more kid friendly for the pickier members of your family. Use less spices and salt, little breadcrumbs or add more, your choice.
How to Bake Chicken Nuggets?
- Follow the steps until you get to the coated chicken pieces.
- Spray them with any oil and place them on a baking sheet.

Notes
- Either use mince meat or boneless chicken breast and grind.
- Use spices according to your taste.
- Always a good idea to fry a tiny piece of mixture to taste the spices.
- Wet hands with little water when making nuggets, it will help the flour coating to stick to the nuggets. Oil won’t help
- For thick coating, repeat the egg and breadcrumbs coating.
- If using frozen/refrigerated nuggets, bring them to room temperature first before frying. Cold/frozen food straight from the fridge will bring the temperature down. Too low temperature will allow the nuggets to absorb more oil.
These nuggets looks so good and the recipe sound so easy and yummy. I’ll definitely try these for my kids.
