Chili Garlic Paratha
Chilli Garlic Paratha, Liquid DOUGH NO kneading & NO rolling
A very quick and simple recipe for paratha. Use spices according to your taste. Try it and I'll wait for your feedback
Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Whisker or Use spoon
- Measring cup
- A pan
- Spatula
Ingredients
- 1 Cup All-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp Garlic chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tsp Red chili flakes
- Cilantro
- 1/4 Cup Onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp Butter melted
- 1 cup 3 Tbsp Water
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients and spices in a bowl.
- Add water gradually. The consistency should be not too runny or too thick.
- Heat the pan (medium HOT) and add butter/oil.
- Pour the mixture using a spoon.
- Make spirals using a spoon (as shown in the video) to give it a paratha look.
- Cook both sides, use butter/oil to make it crispy. And ENJOY!
