Korean Shrimp Fried Rice
Korean Shrimp Fried Rice (Saewoo Bokumbop) is a fairly easy dish to cook, and there are various combinations of ingredients that can be included along with shrimps. Usually, small-sized shrimps are sautéed along with chopped onions, carrots, cucumber and green peas in a mixture of steamed rice, mixed with scrambled eggs and chopped green onions. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving and enjoy.

Ingredients:
- Rice (boiled) 2 Cups
- OIl 1/2 Cup
- Salt (namak) to taste
- Black pepepr (kali mirch) 1 Tsp
- Oyster Sauce 1 Tbsp
- Sesame seed oil 1 Tbsp
- Egg 2
- Carrot (chopped) 1/2 cup
- Onion (chopped) 1/2 Cup
- Cucumber (chopped) 1/2 cup
- Green onion (chopped) 2
- Green peas (optional)
- Sesame seeds as required
