Chicken Shashlik
Ingredients:
(use spices to your taste)
Chicken marination
– Chicken (boneless cut into cubes) 2 lbs
– Ginger garlic (adrak Lehsan) 1.5 Tsp
– Black pepper (kaali mirch) 1 Tsp
– Sugar (chini) 1 Tsp
– Salt (namak) 1 tsp or taste (hasb e zaiqa)
– Vinegar (sirka) 1 Tbsp
– Soy sauce 2 Tbsp
– Red crushed pepper (kooti lal mirch)
– 1/2 tsp or to taste (hasb e zaiqa)
Sauce
– Tomatoes 3 – Tomato paste (optional) 1 Tbsp
– Tomato ketchup 2-3 Tbsp
– Crushed garlic (koota lehsan) 1 Tsp
– Chili sauce 1-2 Tbsp or to taste
– Oyster sauce 1 Tbsp
– Red crushed chili (kooti lal mirch) 1/2 Tsp
– White pepper (safaid mirch) 1/4 Tsp
– Black pepper (kali mirch) 1 Tsp
– Sugar (chini) 1 Tsp
– Salt to taste (namak hasb e zaiqa)
– Corn flour 1-2 Tbsp Veggies (cut into cubes, and REMOVE the seeds)
– Onion (payaz) 1 cup
– Tomato (tamatar) 1 cup
– Green capsicum (Shimla mirch) 1 cup
