- Milk powder (sookha doodh) 1 Cup
- All-purpose flour (maida) 1 Tbsp
- Baking powder 1 Tsp
- Oil 1 Tbsp
- Egg (Anda) 1 (beaten)
For Syrup
- Water (pani) 2 Cups
- Sugar (chini) 1 ¼ Cups
- Lemon juice (limoon ka rus) few drops
- Green cardamoms (sabz ilaichi) 3-4
