You can use bell peppers too (optional) and cook 3-4 mins.Stir in garlic and continue to cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat until softened.Add tomato sauce and tomato paste, and add all the spices. Adjust the spices according to your taste.Add chopped green chilies (as required).Make wells in the tomato sauce and crack in eggs, one at a time. I am using 6 eggs for this recipe.Cover and cook for 5-7 mins or until eggs are cooked. For rummy yolk cook 3-4 mins.
