Balti Goshtitstastybygohar0 Loves 38 Views Ingredients: Oil 1/4 Cup Mutton (Goat meat) 1/2 Kg Coriander Seeds 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds 1/2 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1/4 Tsp Crushed Red Chili 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder 1/4 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tbsp or to Taste Tomatoes Chopped 4-5 Green Chillies 2 Ginger 1 Tbsp Julienne cut Instructions: Dry roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds till changes color. Coarse grind and keep aside. Add oil in a pan, fry the meat for 10 mins on high flame. Add ginger garlic paste, cook (bhonofy) for another 5 mins. Add the Turmeric, crushed red chillies red chilli powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix all the spices and cook for another 10 mins on high flame. Cover and cook Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies and cook. Add water, cover and cook on low-medium heat till the oil comes on the surface and meat is cooked completely.
