Kaleji Eid ke pehley din har ghar mein zaroor banti hai. Try this simple and jhatpat kaleji recipe, ready in just 15 mins.. and enjoy with friends & family.

Ingredients:

– Liver (Kaleji) 1 lb

– Salt 1 Tbsp or to taste

– Red Chili crushed ½ Tsp or to taste

– Turmeric (Haldi) ¼ Tsp

– Cumin (zeera) roasted & crushed ½ Tsp

– Coriander (dhaniya) roasted & crushed ½ Tsp

– Garam Masala ¼ Tsp

– Methi 1 Tsp – Oil 2-3 Tbsp

Garnishing: – Fresh Coriander (dhaniya) – Green chilies (hari mirchein)
