Mint Chops

Ingredients:
– Chops (Lamb or Goat) 2 lbs.
– Water 2 Cups (or as needed)
– Garlic Cloves 5-6 – Ginger 2 inch
– Green Chilies 1-2
– Mint leaves 2 Cups
– Salt 1 Tbsp or to taste
– Red Chili Powder ½ Tbsp or to taste
– Turmeric (Haldi) ½ Tsp
Garnishing: Lemon & Onion slices
