Today, I’m going to share the biggest secret with you all; a time-saving trick, for making quick (jhatpat) salan – ‘Instant Onion Masala’ in two different ways. Just like my Mom makes it, and it’s always available in my freezer for quick use 🙂
Use this masala according to your need in a karahi, bhuna hua salan, or any veggie dish too, and jhatpat mazedar khana tayyar in minutes. This is one of the time- saving tricks that I’ve learned from my Mom!

Ingredients for Instant Onion Masala No. 1
– Onions 2 L or 3 M
– Tomatoes 5-6
– Yogurt 1 Cup
– Garlic Cloves 7-8
– Ginger 2 inch
– Oil 1/4 Cup
