Learn how to make cheesy smokey chicken sliders at home. These baked chicken sliders are soft, cheesy, and perfect for parties, Ramadan iftar, or quick snacks.

Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling

  • 2 cups boiled and shredded chicken boiled with salt and ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste

Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

Assembly

  • Slider buns
  • Cheese slices any kind
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Butter Glaze

  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken Filling

  • Heat a little oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
  • Add shredded chicken.
  • Add salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red chili powder, and black pepper.
  • Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • Add bell peppers and cook briefly until slightly tender.

Prepare the Sauce

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and hot sauce.
  • Mix until smooth.

Assemble the Sliders

  • Place the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking tray.
  • Spread the prepared sauce, place cheese slices, then add the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and cover with the top buns.

Add Butter Glaze

  • Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle chopped parsley.

Bake

  • Cover the tray with foil and bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm and soft.
