Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups boiled chicken shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar optional, for slight sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened
  • ½ cup capsicum finely chopped (green, red, orange, or mixed)
  • 2 cups boiled chicken shredded
  • Bread slices white or brown

Instructions
 

  • Boil the chicken with a little salt until fully cooked. Let it cool, then shred finely.
  • In a large bowl, add the chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, butter, salt, and sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in the finely chopped capsicum for crunch and color.
  • Mix well until everything is evenly coated and creamy.
  • Spread the filling generously on bread slices. Cover with another slice and cut into triangles or rectangles.
  • Serve fresh for iftar or chill for 15–20 minutes for even better flavor.
