Noodle Fusion Kabab

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Boil the instant noodles in just enough water so they retain their springiness. Drain and set aside.pack Instant Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion or as required
  • 1 cup Boiled and shredded chicken
  • 4 Eggs
  • Any other preferred seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Boil the instant noodles in just enough water so they retain their springiness. Drain and set aside.
  • Stir-fry the boneless chicken with salt and any other preferred seasoning. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs. Add chopped spring onions and the seasoning from the instant noodles packet.
  • Mix in the cooked chicken and boiled noodles into the egg mixture.
  • Heat a little oil in a saucepan or on a tawa (flat pan).
  • Pour a portion of the mixture onto the pan, shaping it into ovals or rectangles with rounded corners.
  • Fry until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Noodle Kababs!
