Boil the instant noodles in just enough water so they retain their springiness. Drain and set aside.
Stir-fry the boneless chicken with salt and any other preferred seasoning. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the 4 eggs. Add chopped spring onions and the seasoning from the instant noodles packet.
Mix in the cooked chicken and boiled noodles into the egg mixture.
Heat a little oil in a saucepan or on a tawa (flat pan).
Pour a portion of the mixture onto the pan, shaping it into ovals or rectangles with rounded corners.
Fry until both sides are crispy and golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
