Wash and dry the fish.
Rub garlic paste and lemon juice and leave it for 20 mins
Mix all the spices mentioned above together. Adjust the salt and spices according to your taste.
Rub the spice mix all over the fish and marinate for 1-2 hours at least.
At this stage you can freeze the fish.
Heat oil in a large pan and fry the fish on medium heat until it turns golden.
Enjoy with naan, salad and chutney.
