Instructions
Prepare the fish
Cut fish into pieces.
Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle salt over the fish
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Rinse with water and pat dry.
For marination:
Blend garlic and all the spices.
Coat the fish with the mixture.
Marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Coating Mixture
Mix gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, and spices with water to make a smooth paste.
Dip the marinated fish in the paste.
Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
