Glazed Honey-Butter Chicken
Made with minimal ingredients, this chicken recipe is finger licking good.
Total Time 30 minutes mins
- 2 Chicken leg quarters Use any part of chicken
- 3-4 tbsp butter unsalted
- Salt to taste
- 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Honey
Make deep cuts on the chicken, rub salt and leave it for 10-15 mins.
Melt butter in a pan, add chicken pieces, and fry until color changes.
Add soy sauce, and ginger garlic paste and cook for few mins.
Next add the honey, mix it well.
Cover and cook on medium-low heat until the chicken is done.
Flip the chicken in between so both sides are glazed well.
When the chicken is done, dish it ou and drizzle some honey butter on top and enjoy.
