Soak the daal in water for at least 1 hour.
Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
Add oil, mix well.
Use water as required to knead the dough.
In another bowl mix gram flour, salt, red chili powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds.
Add egg and mix well.
Next add water and make a thick paste.
Divide the dough in two parts.
Take one part and roll it like a roti.
Apply the gram flour (besan) mixture. Top it with some daal, pomegranate seeds and coriander seeds.
Press gently using a spatula.
Deep fry in hot oil. Fry both sides.
Serve it hot. And enjoy :)
