Mix lukewarm water, yeast and sugar and let it rest for few minutes.
Mix all-purpose flour and the salt.
Knead the dough using the yeast mixture. Add the oil
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place.
Roll the dough and make a ball, use fingers to flatten the puffy dough and stretch it out slightly.
Drag onto the pizza pan, continue shaping using fingers/palm pulling right the edges thepan.
Prick holes using a fork. This helps avoid getting air pockets forming in the dough while it's baking.
Spread the sauce and cover with cheese.
Bake at 420 F/220 C for 15-20 mins or until cooked.
