Mint Chicken Roast

- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1.5 tsp Red chili powder
- 1.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1.5 tsp Garam masala powder
- 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 2-3 Tbsp Dried mint
- A pinch Food color
Marination
Add chicken in the bowl and add all the spices.
Mix well and marinate for one hour atleast.
In a pan, add oil and add the marinated chicken.
Cook each side for 2-3 mins on high flame.
Cover and cook until the chicken is done. Keep the heat medium low.
When the chicken is cooked, add the remaining of the marination on it and cook on high flame for 5 mins until the masala is cooked.
Cut onion and lemon slices. Add them on top of the chicken.
Cover and let it simmer for 5-7 mins.
It's ready. Enjoy it with naan and chutney.
Air Fryer method
Add some oil to the marination if you are using air fryer.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
Close it and bake at 250F or 180C for 25-30 mins.
